To initiate a warranty repair, your product will undergo evaluation at our Authorized Repair Center. Please note that shipping costs to the repair center may fall under your responsibility.
The Authorized Repair Center will assess your product and determine its status:
If the product is repairable and covered by the warranty, we will handle the repairs at no cost and return it to you.
If the product is not repairable but still falls within the warranty period, we will provide a comparable replacement free of charge.
If the product is repairable but not covered by the warranty, you have the option to have it returned to you without repair or proceed with a repair at your own expense. The Authorized Repair Center will communicate this choice to you.
If the product is not repairable and not covered by the warranty, you can request either an unrepaired return or disposal. This decision will be shared with you via email.
Our products are supported by a warranty that safeguards against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials. Please be aware that the warranty excludes repairs for damages caused by carriers, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or repairs beyond the warranty period.
You can choose to personally visit the Authorized Repair Center or ship the product to us. If you opt for shipping, we recommend utilizing a carrier with tracking capabilities.
